Common questions
Who can become a partner?
Any registered valet driving company or individual with a valid Singapore driving licence can apply. We do a quick background check and onboarding call.
How do I claim jobs?
Once approved, you access the live Job Marketplace in your partner dashboard. New bookings appear in real-time and you can claim them with one tap.
How are fares structured?
Standard rides start at $48 base fare, Morning rides at $58, and Airport Valet at $48. Each additional stop adds $10. Surge pricing applies on peak nights.
When do I get paid?
Fares are settled per ride. Cash/PayNow rides are collected from the customer directly. Card rides are settled through our platform on a regular schedule.
Can I add multiple drivers?
Yes. Partner accounts support adding multiple drivers under one company profile, with individual performance tracking for each driver.
